Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across Indias leading marketplaces.
Based in West Delhi, this role requires hands-on expertise in navigating Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central), Myntra, and Tata CLiQ.
You will be responsible for the entire product lifecyclefrom high-quality cataloging and A+ content creation to managing complex ad campaigns and inventory replenishment.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with strong Excel skills, capable of conducting monthly business reviews to optimize sales performance and maintain healthy inventory metrics.
Technical Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management & Listing: Execute end-to-end product listing and cataloging on Amazon.in, Myntra, and Tata CLiQ, ensuring accuracy in bulk uploads and platform-specific guidelines.
- Amazon Vendor Central Operations: Manage the complexities of Amazon Vendor Central (B2B), including purchase orders, high-quality cataloging, and operational compliance.
- Content & A+ Detail Pages: Design and implement compelling product descriptions and A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) to improve conversion rates and brand storytelling.
- Keyword Engineering & SEO: Perform deep-depth keyword research and implementation to ensure maximum organic visibility; knowledge of general website SEO and development is a distinct advantage.
- PPC & Ad Campaign Management: Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on different portals (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Myntra PLA) to drive targeted traffic and lower ACoS.
- Sales Boost & Promotion Coordination: Strategize and coordinate with marketplace account managers for lightning deals, "Deal of the Day," and seasonal promotions to maximize sales velocity.
- Inventory & Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels proactively to ensure healthy inventory metrics, preventing "out-of-stock" scenarios and optimizing B2C warehouse movement.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Conduct monthly business reviews (MBR) by analyzing input and output metrics, using MS Excel to track growth, returns, and revenue trends.
- Marketplace Liaison: Maintain active communication with marketplace support teams to resolve listing suppressions, account health issues, or payment discrepancies.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work independently to manage daily tasks while providing empathetic junior leadership to the team to ensure collective performance targets are met.
Required Technical Skills
- Platform Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Myntra Partner Portal, and Tata CLiQ Seller Zone.
- Data Management: Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting) for bulk listing and sales analysis.
- Advertising: Proficiency in managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
- Cataloging: Experience in flat-file management and bulk upload troubleshooting.
- Analytical Tools: Ability to interpret marketplace analytics and third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10 or Jungle Scout).
