Role Summary
The Operations Fulfillment Manager will oversee end-to-end order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products. This role is responsible for managing warehouse operations, logistics partners, inventory accuracy, and process optimization to deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Logistics & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with courier and logistics partners.
- Track delivery performance, RTOs, delays, and cost metrics.
- Negotiate rates and improve service levels with logistics vendors.
- Ensure compliance with dispatch, packaging, and documentation standards.
2. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
- Identify bottlenecks in fulfillment operations and implement process improvements.
- Drive automation, SOP adherence, and efficiency initiatives.
- Optimize fulfillment costs while maintaining service quality.
- Implement best practices for packaging, turnaround time, and scalability.
3. Team Management
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse and fulfillment teams.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
- Ensure proper shift planning and workload allocation.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance standards on the floor.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment TAT, OTIF, inventory accuracy, and RTO rates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Use data insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
- Implement health, safety, and hygiene practices across fulfillment operations.

- Strong understanding of fulfillment operations and supply chain processes
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERPs
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or operations management
- Experience in e-commerce / D2C / FMCG preferred
- Proven experience managing logistics partners and warehouse teams
