About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven eCommerce Marketplace Manager to lead end-to-end operations across Indias top online platforms.

This role offers the opportunity to own marketplace P&L, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand visibility through strategic merchandising, pricing, and promotional initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented eCommerce professional who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment - someone who combines strong analytical acumen with creative problem-solving to deliver consistent growth across online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketplace Ownership: Manage operations, strategy, and execution across leading eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio, and others.

- Revenue Growth: Plan and implement sales and visibility strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Merchandising & Optimization: Optimize listings, keywords, pricing, catalog management, and promotions to enhance conversion and visibility.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales trends, traffic, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and address business gaps.

- Campaign Management: Coordinate with internal teams and platform account managers for marketing campaigns, visibility events, and product launches.

- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage inventory forecasts, replenishment planning, and logistics flow to maintain healthy stock levels and minimize losses.

- P&L & Budgeting: Take full ownership of the marketplace P&L, monitoring margins, discounts, and returns to ensure profitability.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with platform partners, internal brand, operations, and finance teams.

- Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, platform compliance, and category-specific best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience managing online marketplace operations (experience with fashion, FMCG, lifestyle, or electronics brands preferred).

- Proven track record of achieving sales growth, optimizing ROI, and managing large-scale campaigns across marketplaces.

- Deep understanding of eCommerce dynamics, pricing strategies, customer buying behavior, and online merchandising.

- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, or marketplace dashboards.

- Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and vendor management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

- Hands-on experience with advertising tools like Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and CPC optimization.

- Familiarity with ERP and OMS systems for eCommerce operations.

- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage a small team or external agencies.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance growth with profitability
