Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive strategy and execution across ecommerce platforms-particularly Amazon. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving online growth, optimizing product visibility, managing digital campaigns, and leveraging consumer insights in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ecommerce Strategy & Execution: Lead and execute ROI-driven marketing plans for Amazon and other marketplaces.

- Account Management: Build and manage ecommerce relationships, optimize listings, promotions, and campaign performance.

- SEO & Content Optimization: Enhance discoverability and conversion through keyword optimization and content best practices.

- Digital Campaign Management: Run performance marketing campaigns across search, display, and paid media.

- Data Analytics: Track metrics like CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and use insights to refine strategy.

- Budget Ownership: Allocate and optimize campaign spends ensuring maximum ROI.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (product, supply chain, creatives) for seamless GTM execution.

- Consumer Insights: Leverage buying behavior data to inform digital strategy and product innovation.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of ecommerce marketing experience, with hands-on Amazon account management (Vendor/Seller Central, AMS, DSP).

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and content optimization.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and drive decisions.

- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

- Prior experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods domain is highly desirable.

Work Model: 5.5 Days a Week | On-site (Bangalore)
