Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end performance on Quick Commerce, Amazon, and Flipkart
- Plan, monitor, and optimize marketing spends to drive profitable growth
- Work closely with external agencies managing ad spends and campaigns
- Drive platform-level strategy across pricing, promotions, visibility, and conversion
- Own P&L; responsibility, including revenue, margins, and contribution
- Lead and manage an in-house e-commerce team
- Track performance metrics, sales trends, and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams for seamless execution
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in E-commerce management (D2C brand or agency)
- Hands-on exposure to Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Quick Commerce dashboards
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, ROI, and budget optimization
- Proven team handling experience
- Experience working with outsourced marketing agencies
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment with high ownership
