Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, execution, and growth across all Quick Commerce platforms
- Own top-line and bottom-line for the Quick Commerce channel; deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with category managers and partners
- Manage partnerships with all quick commerce platforms; drive visibility, discoverability, and engagement.
- Drive platform visibility, assortment planning, and promotional initiatives
- Identify and unlock new opportunities within the quick commerce ecosystem to accelerate business growth.
- Ensure smooth operations across listings, promotions, campaigns, and platform hygiene.
- Build long-term strategies to strengthen the brand's quick commerce presence and stay ahead of competition.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for seamless execution
- Track performance, analyze data, and identify new growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing Q-commerce business end-to-end
- Strong understanding of platform dynamics, fill rates, and inventory management
- Analytical mindset with leadership and stakeholder management skills
