About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Ecommerce Manager to lead the brand's online sales strategy across its own e-commerce website and key marketplace platforms. This role is critical for a fast-growing ethnic retail startup in Gurgaon, focused on women's wear. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, driving performance marketing initiatives, and delivering consistent growth in traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the brand's e-commerce ecosystem, including its own website and marketplace storefronts. This includes product listings, merchandising, campaign planning, inventory coordination, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

- You will lead performance marketing activities to drive qualified traffic, including paid media campaigns, SEO, and affiliate marketing, ensuring optimal ROI and ROAS. You will oversee marketplace growth strategies, negotiate with platform partners, and ensure alignment with seasonal trends and category performance goals.

- Your role will also involve tracking KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer acquisition cost, generating actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration with creative, merchandising, logistics, and analytics teams will be key to ensuring smooth execution and brand consistency across all channels.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in e-commerce management within retail apparel or fashion, with a preference for women's wear expertise. Proven track record in managing both owned and marketplace channels. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce tools, and analytics platforms. Excellent organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
