The E-Commerce Manager will manage performance across the following platforms (as applicable by country):

Amazon (Global - US, UK, UAE, KSA, AU, SG, others)

Noon (UAE, KSA)

Daraz (Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan)

Shopee (Vietnam)

Role Objective:

- Own and drive end-to-end e-commerce performance for assigned countries by applying strong e-commerce business strategy, marketplace understanding, and disciplined execution oversight.

- The role focuses on planning, prioritisation, performance management, and decision-making, rather than day-to-day operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business & Growth Management

- Own revenue targets and growth plans for assigned markets

- Define country-level strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility

- Drive AOV improvement through bundles, kits, and product combinations

- Ensure contribution margin discipline in collaboration with PPC and Supply Chain teams

2. Marketplace Strategy & Performance

- Own overall marketplace performance and health across platforms

- Decide SKU prioritisation by market (Hero / Support / Low-priority)

- Drive review velocity, ratings, and conversion improvement initiatives

- Plan and evaluate participation in platform-led events and promotions

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Translate business goals into clear priorities for PPC, Listing & Content, Ops, and Supply Chain

- Review weekly performance dashboards and identify gaps

- Ensure issues are resolved through clear ownership and SOPs

- Escalate and resolve platform-level risks when required

4. Planning, Reviews & Governance

- Own monthly and quarterly plans for assigned markets

- Lead weekly performance reviews for assigned countries

- Identify risks early (inventory, margin, platform, execution)

- Recommend SKU launches, scale-ups, or exits based on data

- Revenue & Growth

- Revenue vs target by market

- Order growth and run-rate stability

- AOV and ASP improvement

- Profitability & Efficiency

- Contribution margin adherence

- Advertising efficiency (TACoS, in coordination with PPC)

- Inventory efficiency (stock-outs, excess inventory)

- Marketplace Health

- Average product rating and review growth

- Listing suppression rate

- Account health and SLA compliance

- Execution Discipline

- Timely execution of promotional calendars

- Reduction in repeat operational issues

- Quality and effectiveness of weekly reviews

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Revenue achievement (%)

- AOV, ASP

- Conversion rate

- TACoS

- Stock-out days (%)

- Number of unresolved / repeated issues

What This Role Does NOT Include:

- Hands-on listing uploads or catalog operations

- Manual PPC execution

- Purchase order creation or logistics coordination

- Day-to-day ticket handling

- The role is expected to guide, review, and decide, not execute.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace-led businesses

- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, marketplace mechanics, and advertising strategy

- Experience managing multi-country or multi-platform e-commerce operations

- Strong commercial, analytical, and planning skills

- Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, performance-driven environment
