eCommerce Manager - D2C Baby Care & Wellness Brand

We are a fast-growing natural and Ayurvedic baby care brand based in Ahmedabad, building safe, toxin-free, and effective products for infants and mothers. Our mission is to blend traditional wisdom with modern science to promote holistic child wellness.

We're looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead growth across D2C platforms and online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, entrepreneurial, and experienced in handling complete e-commerce operations - from catalog management to campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, FirstCry, and other online marketplaces.

2. Manage Shopify / brand website - listings, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.

3. Run and optimize Amazon PPC / Ads, Sponsored Products, Brand campaigns, and similar paid promotions.

4. Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, content, and creative assets.

5. Develop growth strategies to improve visibility, conversions, and repeat purchases.

6. Conduct regular performance analysis (traffic, sales, ROI, ACoS, CTR, etc.) and recommend improvements.

7. Handle FBA / third-party logistics and ensure smooth order management.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers.

9. Stay updated on marketplace trends, policy changes, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce / D2C / FMCG / Online Retail.

- Proven track record of managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify stores.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (ROAS, ACoS, CPC, CTR).

- Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel/Google Analytics skills.

- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

- Prior experience in FMCG / Wellness / Personal Care / Baby Products preferred.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).

- Specialization in Marketing, E-commerce, or Operations is a plus.
