eCommerce Manager - D2C

Job Description :

This is a key leadership role. We need an E-Commerce Manager who can own our online business - from marketplace operations to D2C growth - and build systems that scale.

What you'll do :

- Own P&L for e-commerce channels - D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others

- Drive revenue growth through pricing strategy, promotions, and assortment planning

- Manage marketplace accounts, cataloguing, and operational health metrics

- Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and tech teams

- Build and mentor a small e-commerce team as the function scales

What we're looking for :

- 4 - 6 years of e-commerce experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or ownership role

- Strong understanding of both marketplace dynamics and D2C fundamentals

- Analytical - comfortable owning dashboards, forecasts, and performance reviews

- Prior experience at a D2C brand or marketplace-first startup strongly preferred
