Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth, customer acquisition, and digital engagement.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless functionality, efficient order processing, and high system reliability.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to enhance website performance, including speed optimization, UX/UI improvements, and mobile responsiveness.
- Analyse market trends, competitor landscape, and customer behaviour data to refine digital strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee product catalogue management, pricing accuracy, and inventory synchronization to ensure compelling and error-free online merchandising.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience through personalization, optimized user journeys, and streamlined customer service processes.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue growth.
- Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
