Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategy across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and company D2C website.
- Drive revenue growth through pricing, promotions, product listings, and channel expansion.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market trends, and category insights to identify new opportunities.
- Manage P&L for e-commerce channels, ensuring sales targets, margins, and ROI.
- Optimize product assortment, pricing strategy, and inventory planning.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including catalog creation, order processing, returns, and service-level compliance.
- Liaise with marketplace account managers for visibility, campaigns, and performance improvements.
- Ensure smooth coordination with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Manage product availability, stock levels, and supply chain efficiency.
- Track and report weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
- Analyze traffic, sales funnels, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.
Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in consumer products/FMCG.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce.
- Experience handling e-commerce P&L and scaling online channels.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems & D2C platforms.
- Expertise in e-commerce analytics tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on execution and results.
