Primary Responsibility:

An E-commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing an organization's e-commerce operations, including customer relationships website design, promotions, and security Duties for this position

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Developing and executing a plan to maximize customer success, boost brand awareness, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Overseeing the management and operations of the e-commerce website, including its design and associated user experience.

- Implementing cost-effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategies, and tracking their success

- Building relationships with third-party providers, vendors, and other external partners.

- Establishing and maintaining strong customer service standards, while providing support to customers as needed.

- Planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns and activities across multiple e-commerce channels.

- Coordinating with the IT team to ensure the proper functioning of the technology behind the e-commerce platform.

- Identifying opportunities to drive increased revenue and profitability of the e-commerce operations.

- Promoting and performing marketing strategies and all e-Commerce activities as well as growing online sales on our e-store and online marketplaces.

- Accomplish competitor analyses.

- Leading market research to discover customer trends and habits.

- Setting objects and purposes to touch customers through proper marketing channels.

- Making and managing connections with new and existing clients by prospecting and networking.

- Managing campaign data analysis and provide insights on onsite and marketing optimisation strategies in order to meet the store's target

- Increasing brand awareness by marketing attempts.

- Helping with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to develop future marketing plans and campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a similar area.

- 10+ years of marketing background in a E-Commerce platform specifically in Amazon, Flipkart or E-Commerce.

- Knowledge of using analytics software and merchant center.

- Outstanding communication skills
