About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Ensure accurate product listing, pricing, and stock updates on all platforms.
- Plan and execute promotional offers, discounts, and schemes in coordination with sales teams.
- Monitor order flow, cancellations, and returns to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for visibility, deals, and growth programs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
- Track and maintain inventory levels across platforms to prevent stock-outs or oversupply.
- Manage product catalogue hygiene images, descriptions, SKUs, and compliance with marketplace standards.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across e-commerce channels.
- Analyze platform dashboards to identify trends, fast-moving SKUs, and performance gaps.
- Prepare regular sales reports and MIS for management review.
- Reconciles payments, returns, and claims with finance.
- Liaise with production, dispatch, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
- Work closely with category and brand teams to align pricing and availability strategies.
- Ensure all dispatch and invoicing processes comply with company and statutory requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and channel management.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace dashboards.
- Strong understanding of inventory flow, order lifecycle, and payment reconciliation.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication across internal teams and external partners
