Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, manage digital marketing campaigns, and align e- commerce goals with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the e- commerce platform's design, functionality, and user experience to optimize conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Manage online advertising efforts, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay- Per- Click (PPC) campaigns, to attract the right audience and improve online presence.
- Track and analyze key metrics like site traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Work closely with and coordinate marketing, IT, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and a consistent customer experience.
- Create and deploy promotional campaigns, manage product listings, and oversee product rollouts on the e- commerce site.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, focusing on elevating the online shopping experience to drive customer acquisition and retention.
