Key Responsibilities:


- Marketplace & Campaign Management: Drive sales and manage online presence across major e-commerce platforms including Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Ajio, Tata Cliq, and Flipkart. This includes overseeing product listings, content updates, pricing strategies, and campaign execution to drive profitable traffic.


- Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors to resolve issues, optimize performance, and onboard national and international platforms.


- Performance & Analytics: Use data from Google Sheets and Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales trends, and ROI. Provide data-driven insights to management and recommend actionable optimizations to improve performance.


- Marketing Asset Creation: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and manage engaging banners, product content, and other marketing assets.


Technical Skills:


- E-commerce Platforms: Proven expertise with D2C platforms like Shopify and marketplace dashboards such as Myntra M-Studio, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Nykaa.


- Analytics Tools: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing website performance.


- Data Management: Expert-level skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.


- Other Tools: Experience with other relevant platforms like Zoho.


Education


- Bachelor's degree and Master's in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.


Desired Candidate Profile:


- A minimum of 3+ years of professional D2C e-commerce experience.


- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding online sales targets.


- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analytics.


- A sales-driven mindset with a high level of accountability.


- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.


- Tech-savvy, highly organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced start-up environment
