eCommerce Lead

Description: A leading FMCG organization headquartered in Chennai is scaling its digital business and is looking for a E-commerce lead with proven P&L ownership experience in a leading E-commerce company.

This is a high-impact leadership role with complete accountability for E-commerce revenue, margins, media spends, and profitability across marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end ownership of E-commerce P&L (mandatory)

- Drive topline growth and profitability across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart & brand.com

- Lead performance marketing, promotions, and platform growth initiatives

- Track and optimize ROAS, ACOS, CAC, CVR & platform ROI

- Build and lead high-performing E-commerce & Digital Marketing teams

- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Brand & Leadership teams

Mandatory Requirement:

- Must have done 2 year full time MBA from one of the top tier1 institute ike IIM's, IIFT , MDI, FMS Delhi, XLRI, ISB Hyderabad, JBIMS, NMIMS, SPJIMR Mumbai, SIBM Pune, SCMHRD Pune.

- Must have prior P&L ownership in a leading E-commerce company is a must in a leading Ecommerce Company.

- Strong marketplace, performance marketing, Category Management experience
