About the Role:
Our client is hiring for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage their presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.). The role will drive growth
through strong platform partnerships, effective P&L management, and sharp execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day business with Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce accounts.
- Drive revenue growth, share gains, and visibility across online platforms.
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Monitor account-level P&L, pricing, and profitability.
- Analyse data to track performance and optimize marketing spends.
- Build strong working relationships with category managers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce account management.
- Strong understanding of Quick Commerce operations; Amazon/Flipkart exposure is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with solid commercial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
