Designation: Head of Ecommerce
Location: Gurgaon
Working Mode: WFO, (5.5 Days with Alternate Saturdays Off)

Role Overview:
Were looking for a Head of E-commerce who will own and drive the end-to-end e-commerce business, scaling revenue, optimizing performance, and delivering a best-in-class online shopping experience across all platforms.
What youll do :
E-commerce Strategy & Ownership
- Own the overall e-commerce P&L across D2C website and marketplaces
- Define and execute growth strategies to scale revenue and profitability
- Identify new opportunities across channels, platforms, and customer segments
Website (D2C) Growth & Optimization
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), AOV, and customer retention
- Oversee website merchandising, UX/UI, and customer journey improvements
- Collaborate with tech and product teams to enhance site performance
Marketplace Management
- Lead marketplace strategy across platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
- Optimize listings, visibility, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales
- Manage relationships with marketplace partners and account managers
Performance Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to scale paid acquisition
- Ensure efficient CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing contribution to revenue
- Align campaigns with inventory, launches, and business priorities
Merchandising & Inventory Planning
- Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising teams on demand planning
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability
- Drive sell-through and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key business metrics (revenue, conversion, CAC, LTV, AOV)
- Build dashboards and generate insights to drive decision-making
- Present performance updates and growth plans to leadership
Customer Experience & Retention
- Enhance end-to-end customer journey from discovery to post-purchase
- Drive retention strategies including CRM, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty
- Improve customer satisfaction, reviews, and repeat purchase rates
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team across channels
- Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams
- Ensure alignment across all functions to achieve business goals
What were looking for :
- 6+ years of experience in e-commerce / D2C / marketplace management
- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce revenue and managing P&L
- Strong understanding of D2C, marketplaces, and performance marketing
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a strong plus
- Deep knowledge of CRO, merchandising, and online customer behavior
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
