Ecommerce Head with D2C Brand.
Locations : Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & P&L Ownership
- Own and drive revenue and profitability across all 3P platforms
- Develop annual business plans, monthly targets, and growth initiatives
- Identify new platform opportunities (e.g., Blinkit, Jiomart, ONDC)
2. Account Management
- Lead relationships with category managers at each marketplace
- Ensure top-line visibility and bottom-line efficiency through data-driven decisions
- Secure access to visibility levers: deals, events, banners, ads, and exclusive programs
3. Operations & Supply Chain Alignment
- Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams for FBA/FBF stock planning
- Monitor fill rates, returns, and order fulfilment KPIs
- Resolve operational escalations and claims
4. Pricing & Promotions
- Define and optimize pricing strategy including margins, commissions, and discounts
- Plan promotions and visibility campaigns in sync with platform calendars
- Analyze ROI of promotional investments
5. Catalog & Content Management
- Oversee listing quality, images, videos, and A+ content
- Ensure regular updates and catalog hygiene for SEO and conversion
6. Advertising & Visibility
- Own marketplace ad spends and performance (ROAS, ACOS)
- Coordinate with ad agencies or internal team to drive high-ROI campaigns
7. Team Management
- Build and lead a team of marketplace executives, catalog specialists, and ad managers
- Drive execution, learning, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of scaling marketplace revenue >10 Cr/month
- Strong command over ecommerce metrics and tools (Helium10, Ads Console, BI dashboards)
- Experience in fast-paced, D2C or digital-first brand environment
- Data-savvy, aggressive executor, good at negotiations and platform relationships
