We're looking for a data-driven and creative E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales and growth initiatives for our premium beauty and skincare portfolio. You'll own the digital store experience end-to-end - from strategy to execution - across our website and marketplaces like Nykaa, Amazon, Tira, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy & Growth:

- Develop and execute the brand's e-commerce strategy to drive revenue, traffic, and conversion.

- Manage D2C website (Shopify or similar) performance and ensure best-in-class user experience.

- Identify and onboard new online marketplaces and retail partners.

- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to maximize ROI.

Performance & Analytics:

- Track key KPIs (traffic, CTR, conversion, AOV, ROAS, retention).

- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Seller Central) to identify growth opportunities.

- Drive data-backed decisions on media spends, campaigns, and website optimization.

Operations & Fulfillment:

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatches and stock management.

- Ensure accurate product availability across all online platforms.

Marketing & Merchandising:

- Partner with digital marketing, design, and product teams to build compelling e-commerce campaigns.

- Execute seasonal and product-launch campaigns aligned with the brand calendar.

- Curate homepage, product, and collection pages to reflect the brand aesthetic.

Collaboration & Partnerships:

- Work closely with performance marketing agencies, creative partners, and marketplace account managers.

- Collaborate with customer experience and CRM teams to improve retention and LTV.

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of experience in e-commerce / D2C operations, preferably in beauty, skincare, personal care, or FMCG.

- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa Seller Central, and similar tools.

- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnel optimization.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Passion for beauty, skincare, and consumer-centric storytelling.
