Description:


- We are hiring an accomplished and entrepreneurial Head of E-commerce to take complete ownership of our online business performance.

- Based in Mumbai, this pivotal leadership role requires 1015 years of experience scaling revenue across both the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel and major marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra).

- You will own the full P&L, set the digital strategy, and act as the growth architect to accelerate brand expansion within the competitive Consumer/Lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Deliverables:

1. P&L Ownership & Growth Strategy:

- Business Leadership: Lead and own the entire E-commerce P&L, defining ambitious goals and forecasting financial performance across all digital channels.

- Strategic Roadmap: Drive end-to-end e-commerce strategy, identifying key growth vectors and resource allocation across D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms.

- Brand Experience: Create a seamless and delightful digital shopping experience that enhances brand loyalty and accelerates market adoption.

2. Channel Performance & Optimization:

- Sales & Marketing Performance: Own and optimize all aspects of sales, digital marketing, and operational performance across both proprietary (D2C) and third-party marketplace platforms.

- Revenue Optimization: Optimize assortment planning, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars to maximize Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and boost overall Return on Investment (ROI).

- Key KPI Management: Track, analyze, and relentlessly improve critical E-commerce KPIs, including Sell-Through Rate, Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

3. Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Operational Excellence: Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure efficient inventory management, fulfillment, and smooth execution of campaigns.

- Mentorship: Lead and mentor the E-commerce team, fostering a data-driven culture focused on innovation and high ownership.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:


- 10-15 years experience in a senior E-commerce leadership role.

- Proven Success (Mandatory): Demonstrated track record of successfully scaling D2C and marketplace revenue exponentially.

- Strategic Acumen: Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving mindset capable of translating complex data into actionable growth initiatives.

- Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, platform analytics, and growth hacking methodologies.

- Industry Fit: Previous experience in consumer, lifestyle, or D2C brands is highly preferred
