- We are looking for a passionate D2C Leader to spearhead our business.
- The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end P&L, drive growth across performance marketing, website experience, CRM, and customer retention. This role is a blend of strategy and execution perfect for someone who thrives on scaling digital-first brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the D2C P&L and drive revenue, ROAS, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across digital channels Meta, Google, Influencers, Affiliates, and more.
- Lead website performance (Shopify).
- Manage CRM, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Partner with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling.
- Analyze data to generate insights and shape business decisions.
- Identify and implement new growth opportunities subscription models, referral programs, new product drops, etc.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Proven track record of scaling a D2C business with measurable growth outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing, analytics tools, Shopify, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
