eCommerce Digital Development Head - FinTech

Role Overview:

We are looking for a business leader to own and scale this vertical end-to-end. This role combines P&L ownership, ecosystem building, and platform growth, working closely with the CEO/founder to drive our next phase of expansion.

What Youll Own:

You will operate as the business head of eCommerce digital development, responsible for turning it into a high-growth, multi-revenue platform connecting retailers, brands, and ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Ownership & Revenue Growth:

- Own the P&L for the ecommerce digital growth platform.

- Build and scale multiple revenue streams, including retailer transactions, brand partnerships, SaaS monetization, and value-added services.

- Drive exponential growth in GMV, active retailers, and brand participation.

2. Platform & Ecosystem Building:

- Scale the ecommerce digital growth platform into a multi-sided marketplace.

- Drive adoption among retailers and brands.

- Leverage ecosystem integrations including Bizom Multi Brand ecosystem and ONDC.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Own relationships with enterprise brands, strategic partners, and external ecosystem players including the Govt. of India.

- Align cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.

4. Strategy & Founder Collaboration:

- Work closely with the CEO/founder on long-term platform strategy, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

5. Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team driving ownership, speed, and data-driven execution.

6. Execution & Scale:

- Drive on-ground adoption and optimize key metrics including GMV, order frequency, and brand ROI.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5-10 years of experience in business leadership / general management roles.

- Strong exposure to marketplaces, B2B commerce, and retail-tech / fintech ecosystems.

- Proven track record of owning P&L, scaling platform businesses, and driving 0-1 and 1-10 growth.
