Job description:
- We are looking for a proactive and strategic E-commerce Account Manager to manage relationships with top e-commerce platforms in the Laptop and Mobile categories.
- This role involves end-to-end account management, including business planning, sales strategy, campaign execution, performance analysis, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong working relationships with key e-commerce accounts, focusing on Laptop and Mobile categories.
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Align monthly and quarterly business plans with e-commerce partners.
- Plan and coordinate the monthly promotional event calendar with partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with supply chain and product center teams to ensure accurate forecasting and timely stock availability.
- Work with the digital marketing team to conceptualize and execute online campaigns.
- Regularly audit e-commerce listings for content accuracy, pricing, customer feedback, and service integration.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience working with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, etc.
- Prior experience managing Laptop and Mobile product categories is a strong advantage.
