About the Role:
- The Operations Manager will be the command center of the business, ensuring seamless execution across technology, travel operations, crypto OTC workflows, vendor relationships, finance coordination, and product implementation. This role demands high accountability, rapid decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Flight Ticket Booking and Crypto OTC platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (travel ops, tech, accounts, support, and compliance) to maintain friction-free workflows.
- Manage escalations, crisis handling, delays, vendor disputes, and system issues with confidence and agility.
- Liaise with the accounts team by providing accurate transaction values, payouts, settlements, reversals, and fund movement reports from dashboards and systems.
- Act as the Product Owner for both travel and crypto operational modules - propose improvements, track pain points, and drive implementation.
- Connect with third-party service providers and industry partners for integrations, enhancements, and optimizations.
- Ensure compliance and operational risk management across OTC activities.
- Understand APIs, dashboards, automation flows, database dependencies, and server behavior at a functional level.
- Assign development tasks based on priority and resource expertise.
- Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements.
- Maintain round-the-clock accountability.
- Ensure real-time decision-making during escalations, delays, or system issues.
- Apply a working knowledge of crypto trading, contributing to process flow, compliance, and operational needs.
Required Skills:
- Min6+ years of experience in Operations Management in a Product-based / Travel/ Fintech / Crypto environment.
- Strong understanding of flight booking systems, ticketing logic, API integrations, refunds, and cancellations.
- Working knowledge of crypto OTC trading, wallets, and settlements, plus broader exposure to the digital assets ecosystem
- High proficiency in analytics, dashboards, reconciliation, and operational documentation
- Solid grasp of financial workflows including travel payments, vendor settlements, and fund movement tracking
- Proven experience managing cross-functional internal teams and external vendors/partners
- Killer stakeholder management - internal + external, across business and tech
- Familiarity with technical concepts (APIs, servers, deployments, automation, product logic) - not coding, but understanding
- Ability to take own decisions independently and operate without constant approvals
- Excellent communication
- Adaptability to operate both in crisis scenarios, Conflict management and long-term planning
