Job Description:

Role Overview:

The Revenue Accountant will be responsible for managing and ensuring accurate revenue recognition across multiple subsidiaries and geographies for the eClerx group. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain compliance, improve processes, and deliver timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Recognition:

- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition for eClerx group entities across diverse geographies and subsidiaries.

Process Accuracy & Timelines:

- Maintain high accuracy in revenue recognition and continuously improve finalization and reporting timelines.

Compliance & Controls:

- Enhance revenue process compliance, strengthen internal controls, and drive operational efficiencies.

Data Analysis:

- Enable revenue slicing across multiple business dimensions for detailed analysis and reporting.

Reporting:

- Prepare and deliver monthly revenue reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) as per business requirements.

System Updates:

- Record all go-lives, extensions, and roll-offs in the revenue system promptly.

Forecasting:

- Prepare revenue projections for upcoming months to support business planning.

Invoice Support:

- Provide accurate invoice estimates to the Accounts Receivable (AR) team for timely invoicing.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with Contract Management, Business Development, and Operations teams to achieve revenue objectives.

Ownership:

- Manage the entire revenue process independently while leading and guiding the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred).

- 3-5 years of experience in revenue accounting or financial reporting.

- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and compliance standards.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.


- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Location: Mumbai(Airoli)/Pune(Hinjewadi Phase 2)/Chandigarh(Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh Technology Park, Kishangarh)

- Education: Graduate /PG- In Finance stream

- Notice period: Immediate to 30 days

- Required Exp: 3+ to 5 Years

- Shift timings: 10am to 7pm
