Role: PM - Site Search Conversion Optimization  Relevant experience: 4-6 years  Job Description/Function:-  - Analyze website internal search (site search) performance and provide suggestions and strategy for improvements  - Project management, task allocation, briefing and auditing team members work to maintain highest quality standard  - Creating weekly reports, presentations and operation metrics on resource utilization, productivity etc.  - Interface with the client independently on calls/emails/IM to give status updates on projects and help in issue resolution   - Business Process Initiatives, Conceptualizing (or identifying), implementing & sharing process improvements   - Tracking various KPIs and identify trends  - Marketing effectiveness A/B testing, campaign performance, cross channel behavior  - External Communication - weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with clients  Project Review  Weekly Operations Review  Monthly Business Review  Quarterly Business Review  - Internal Communication - team meetings, periodic reporting  - Develop and conduct process health checks and knowledge audits  - Develop, implement and maintain performance monitoring systems  - Responsible for training and mentoring team members to develop skillset   Competencies & Behavioral Attributes:  Critical Competencies:  (Must have) :  - Excellent communication / interpersonal skills   - At least 3 years of work experience in :  Managing operations in online business division of an eCommerce company  Executing web / analytical projects and reporting / Dashboard development  - Should be internet savvy and able to navigate websites easily  - Expert in Reporting, Analysis & Data Presentation  - Excellent logical reasoning and ability to research on its own  - Proficient using any one of the listed web analytics tools - Adobe SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, WebTrends, Omniture Insight, Google Analytics.  - Exposure to eRetail / Ecommerce / Marketing web analytics  Additional Competencies:  (Good to have)   - Experience in using enterprise search platform viz. Google Custom Search, MS FAST, Endeca, IBM Solr Functional knowledge will be preferred  - Candidates with e-Commerce background will be preferred  - Team management experience  - Intermediate HTML and XML knowledge  - Knowledge on Excel Macros & Databases  Behavioral Attributes & Other Comments - Enthusiastic attitude  - Quick Learner  - Logical Reasoning  - Leadership
