In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. - Learning strategy Strategy and Implementation : Responsible for developing and implementing an organization- wide Learning & Development strategy that facilitates and drives individual development and capacity building in line with institutional requirements. - Content Strategy : Design and implement LD programs; produce instructional materials and performance support materials (such as job aids); design evaluation methods to determine impact of program. - Identify Needs : Assist in implementing the annual needs analysis to determine the LD skills needed for stakeholders in the region. - Head the Manager Development team within the Learning & Development function of eClerx catering to junior and middle management - Partner with stakeholders across the organization to conduct an effective training need analysis and scope the requirements of manager development programs and define business outcomes - Create programs that are aligned with business objectives and develop manager development solutions, which are integrated, efficient, effective, and innovative - Embrace different styles of training techniques, including instructor-led trainings, e-learning, coaching, etc. - Partner with third-party vendors or other internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of manager development programs - Ensure that all training logistics are efficiently handled - Deliver, whenever required, training sessions / blended L&D solutions to junior and middle management - Craft and deploy impact assessments / effectiveness criteria to evaluate the success of manager development initiatives - Accurately and regularly report progress to business and internal stakeholders - Manage the eLearning engagement of eClerx with third-party eLearning providers - Market manager development initiatives to foster a learning culture and improve awareness - Manage the Continuing Education Policy at eClerx - Create and manage partnerships with business schools, finance-training institutions, and analytics-training institutes - Handle trainings for the HR, Knowledge Management, Quality, CSR, and Centralized Marketing teams - Work with the Metrics and Corporate Finance teams to track the budgeted versus actual training spend - Implement manager development solutions within the allocated training budget - Manage special L&D projects - Keep abreast of L&D innovations and current market practices Technical and Functional Skills : - The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in the L&D domain - Good understanding of software/IT skills. - Should have experience in arranging IT skills training. - Program management skills, including managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. - Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. (Excel) - Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
