Job Responsibilities:
- Intranet Management (end to end) : Improve viewership, participation and culture, plan content, road shows and stakeholder partnership, review dashboards and recommend solutions to improve org wide uptake , gamify content for intarnet and execute effectively, plan posts and quizzes effectively, track viewership and connect with stakeholders to drive viewership etc.
- Design campaigns and curate strategic content on various themes.
- Create content for employer branding like videos , posts/ mailers based on culture initiatives, updates, leadership communication etc.
- Plan business events capturing thought leadership / employee communication and overall branding communication etc.
- Plan internal comms calendar (Content and Strategy).
- Handle PR and work with the agency to build a strong leadership pipeline with tier 1 and 2 publication.
- Plan and manage the quarterly earnings call PR drafts with the agency and execute internal initiatives related to the earnings calls effectively.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience into internal communications and intranet management.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Intranet platform/tool exposure and must have handled a portfolio with intranet management as core deliverable.
- Strong copywriting ability, creativity, and attention to detail.
