- EbizON is looking for a Senior ManagerSales Development to join our team in our Noida office.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to actively identify, engage, and qualify potential customers to drive new business opportunities and support renewals with SMC-Corporate clients.
- The ideal candidate is results-oriented, proactive in lead generation, and passionate about driving business growth and contributing to overall revenue success.
Roles and Responsibilities:.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Development team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Identify and build strong relationships with potential clients across global markets.
- Oversee the qualification of inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, and emerging business prospects.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients across global markets.
- Nurture leads through strategic outreach and targeted communication.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline to achieve set targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales approaches based on past learnings.
- Understand client needs, research their business requirements, and present tailored solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
- Ensure seamless lead management by accurately updating all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:.
- Minimum 4 years of full-time work experience, preferably in sales or business development.
