About the Role:
EbizON is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing multiple technology-driven projects. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical teams while ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into clear deliverables for internal stakeholders
- Lead project planning, tracking, and performance monitoring
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis Drive project reporting and status updates
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure timely sign-offs Support implementation and post-deployment activities Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, QA, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and process mapping
- Prior IT project exposure is mandatory
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Educational background:
- B.Tech or MBA
- Nice to Have Experience in the eCommerce domain MBA preferred
- Exposure to agile project environments
