Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Head to lead and scale digital lead generation for franchise sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate high-quality franchise inquiries and drive conversions through the franchise sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation for Franchise Sales
1. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to generate qualified franchise leads.
2. Manage lead generation across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve lead quality.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
1. Build and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and franchise funnels.
2. Work closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-closure rates.
Budget & ROI Management
1. Manage monthly marketing budgets for franchise acquisition. Ensure campaigns achieve target ROI, CPL, and CAC benchmarks.
2. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and funnels.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
1. Track campaign performance using tools like - Google Analytics and - Google Tag Manager. Build dashboards and provide weekly performance reports.
2. Identify insights and continuously improve campaign performance.
Automation & CRM Integration
1. Integrate marketing campaigns with CRM systems. Ensure proper lead tracking, nurturing, and follow-ups. Work with tools like - HubSpot or - Zoho CRM.
Team Leadership
1. Lead and mentor performance marketing team members. Manage agencies, freelancers, and internal marketing staff.
2.Align marketing strategy with overall franchise growth goals.
Key Requirements:
1. 10+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
2. Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
3. Prior experience in franchise sales, real estate, education, or business opportunity lead generation preferred
4. Strong expertise in paid ads, funnel optimization, and analytics
5. Experience managing 10 CR+ monthly ad budgets (preferred)
