JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Mandate:

The Senior Vice President Wellness & Lifestyle Vertical is the single-point owner of complete Revenue, Profit & Loss (P&L), and business outcomes for the entire Carlton Wellness vertical.

This role functions as a Senior VP for the vertical, with full accountability for:

- Revenue growth

- Profitability & margins

- Cost structures

- Capital efficiency

- Long-term value creation

Success in this role is measured purely by financial and business performance, along with brand and customer experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete Revenue & P&L Ownership:

Own 100% revenue responsibility across all portfolio formats:

- Wellness resorts

- City retreats

- Vacation homes

- Spa & wellness experiences

Own end-to-end P&L accountability, including:

- Revenue planning & achievement

- Gross margins & EBITDA

- Cost controls & productivity

- Budgeting, forecasting & variance management

- Define and drive unit economics, break-even models, and profitability benchmarks.

- Make pricing, packaging, membership, and monetisation decisions to maximise lifetime value.

Vertical Strategy & Business Growth:

- Define and execute the overall business strategy for the wellness & lifestyle vertical.

- Build a scalable growth roadmap covering new locations, formats, partnerships, and offerings.

- Identify expansion opportunities while ensuring capital discipline and ROI.

Portfolio & Operations Leadership:

Lead operations across all properties and experiences with a focus on:

- Consistent service quality

- Operational efficiency

- Cost optimisation

- Asset & capacity utilisation

- Establish SOPs, governance frameworks, and performance dashboards.

Product, Experience & Brand Excellence:

- Own the commercial success of all wellness products and experiences.

- Ensure premium customer experience that drives repeat visits, memberships, and referrals.

- Balance brand aspiration with financial sustainability.

Sales, Marketing & Demand Enablement:

Drive topline growth through:

- Memberships & subscriptions

- Retreat programs & packages

- Corporate tie-ups & partnerships

- High-value repeat customers

- Work closely with marketing teams, but remain accountable for revenue outcomes, not just campaigns.

Leadership & Organisation Building:

- Build and lead senior leadership across operations, sales, finance, marketing, and experience design.

- Create a performance-driven culture with strong accountability and ownership.

- Set KPIs, incentives, and governance aligned directly to revenue and profitability.

Governance, Risk & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance across hospitality, wellness, safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements.

- Own financial discipline, internal controls, audits, and risk management.

Success Metrics (Non-Negotiable):

- Total revenue growth of the vertical

- EBITDA / contribution margins

- Cash flow & capital efficiency

- Unit-level profitability & break-even timelines

- Customer retention, NPS & lifetime value

- Portfolio-wide operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

- MBA / Masters in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Operations, or related field.

Experience:

- 15 to 20+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, luxury services, or multi-asset consumer businesses.

- Proven track record as a Revenue & P&L owner (100 Cr+ businesses preferred).

- Experience running multi-location, asset-heavy or experience-led businesses.

- Demonstrated ability to scale businesses profitably, not just grow footprint.

Reporting To:

- You will report to the CEO of EBG Group

Working Days:

- Monday to Saturday Working (6 days a week), Timings 10 am to 7pm

Joining Time:

- Within Max 30 days.

Reporting Office:

- You will be based at our new EBG Group Central Office, Hitec City Area, Hyderabad

Approximate Salary:

- Approximate salary would be 30 LPA to 40 LPA
