EBG Group - Sales Head - Hospitality Franchise & Resort Acquisition - Tarzan Farmstay

About the Role:

Tarzan Farmstay is redefining eco-tourism. We are looking for a Sales Head to acquire new farmstay properties under our brand umbrella, sign up property-owner franchises, and drive booking/corporate event revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Franchise & Property Acquisition: Partner with farm owners and rural landholders to convert properties into standard Tarzan Farmstay eco-resorts.

- Revenue Generation: Drive B2B corporate retreats, destination events, and leisure travel bookings alongside franchise sign-up fees.

- Market Expansion: Map out scenic, accessible weekend-getaway destinations to scale the brand footprint.

- Business Development: Collaborate with travel aggregators, corporate HRs, and event management firms.

Requirements:

- Background in hospitality sales, timeshare/vacation club sales, or hotel franchise acquisition (e.g., OYO, Vista Rooms, or major hotel chains).
