Role Overview

EBG Group is looking for a results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale our digital acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid media, data analytics, and performance optimization, with proven experience managing large-scale marketing budgets (5 Crores+ per month) across multiple digital platforms.

This role requires a data-first leader who can drive measurable growth, optimize ROI, and build a high-performing performance marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end performance marketing strategy across all paid digital channels.

- Manage and optimize monthly marketing budgets of 5 Crores+ with strong focus on ROI and CAC optimization.

- Drive customer acquisition through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), DV360, and other programmatic channels.

- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

- Build and maintain performance dashboards using tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, and other reporting platforms.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategy with business goals.

- Implement advanced tracking, attribution models, and funnel analytics to improve campaign performance.

- Lead, mentor, and scale the performance marketing team and agency partners.

- Identify new growth channels, audience segments, and digital opportunities.

- Ensure efficient budget allocation and performance reporting to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8 to 12+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.

- Proven experience managing 5 Crores+ monthly digital marketing budgets.

- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, and programmatic advertising platforms.

- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in Google Analytics, Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or similar tools.

- Experience in data-driven marketing, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.

- Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other performance marketing metrics.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and agencies.

- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in high-growth startups or fast-scaling organizations.

- Exposure to marketing automation and CRM platforms.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
