We are looking for Business Head P&L Owner - Integrated Franchise, Events & Investment Platforms for EBG Group's Non Stop Brand etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Summary:

The Business Head will own end-to-end Profit & Loss (P&L) for the entire ecosystem of Brands onboarding and Investment Franchise Platform, covering:

Business Head P&L Owner - Integrated Franchise, Events & Investment Platforms

- Brand onboarding & franchisor monetisation

- Investor acquisition & conversion

- Business associate & branch partner channels

- Digital marketplaces, consulting & advisory

- Advertising, media & Restaurant India vertical

- Events (Expos, Awards, Summits)

The role is accountable for revenue growth, profitability, scalability, governance, and execution excellence across all verticals and channels.

Overall P&L Accountability

- Full ownership of Revenue, EBITDA, Cash Flow, Cost Control

- Annual budgeting, pricing, forecasting & margin optimisation

- Unit economics ownership per vertical and per channel

- Funnel conversion accountability from lead - deal - revenue

- Sustainable, repeatable growth (not burn-driven)

Key Responsibilities:

A. Brand Onboarding & Franchisor Monetisation (Supply-Side Engine)

Build and monetise a high-quality portfolio of franchisees brands.

Responsibilities

- Own the onboarding, profiling, and monetisation of franchisor brands across categories

Define brand onboarding models:

Free listings

Paid & premium listings

Franchise sales mandates

Consulting & advisory retainers

- Ensure brands are franchise-ready (commercial viability, scalability, documentation)

- Protect platform credibility by screening low-quality or non-scalable brands

Integrate brands across:

Digital marketplace

Events & expos

Business associate selling channels

B. Business Associate Onboarding & Enablement (Extended Sales Force)

Scale franchise sales through an asset-light partner network.

Responsibilities

- Design and scale the Business Associate (BA) program nationally

- Onboard consultants, brokers, and professionals as franchise deal partners

Business Head P&L Owner - Integrated Franchise, Events & Investment Platforms

Enable associates with, Brand access, Sales collateral, CRM & lead allocation

- Ensure governance, compliance, and ethical selling standards

C. Branch / Channel Partner Onboarding (Regional Market Expansion)

Strengthen local market penetration and investor conversion.

Responsibilities

- Appoint and manage regional branch partners / channel partners

- Expand franchise sales reach in Tier 1, 2 & 3 cities

- Integrate branch partners into, Local investor meets, Regional franchise shows, Lead follow-up & deal closure

- Monitor partner performance, compliance, and ROI

- Scale high-performing partners; exit non-performing ones

D. Buy a Brand License (Investor & Franchisee Marketplace)

Convert investor demand into high-value franchise transactions.

Responsibilities

- Own investor lifecycle from lead - advisory - closure - handover

- Improve ticket size, deal velocity, and investor confidence

- Integrate financing, associates, and events into the investor journey

E. Sell Your Business (Business Exit & Capital Raise Platform)

Monetise business exits, stake sales, and M&A opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Scale listings for exits, partial stake sales, and fundraising

- Monetise advisory, transaction support, and deal structuring

- Improve closure success rates and deal timelines

F. Events Business (Expos, Awards, Summits & Conferences)

Build a high-margin, repeatable events engine.

Responsibilities

Own P&L for:

Franchise Expo (national & regional)

City franchise shows

Awards & summits

- Monetise exhibitors, sponsors, delegates, and award participants

Business Head P&L Owner - Integrated Franchise, Events & Investment Platforms

- Integrate post-event leads into digital & associate channels

Education

- MBA / PGDM in Business Management, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship from a reputed institute

(Strong real-world P&L experience can substitute for formal education)

Professional Experience

- 15-25 years of progressive leadership experience

- 8-12+ years in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility

Proven experience in one or more of the following environments:

- Franchise / Licensing businesses

- Marketplaces & platform-led businesses

- Media, advertising, events, or exhibition businesses

- Multi-channel sales organisations (direct + partners)

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple revenue streams simultaneously

- Prior experience working closely with founders, board members, or promoters

Domain Exposure (At least 4-5 strongly preferred)

- Franchising & business expansion models

- Investor-facing sales & advisory

- Brand onboarding & monetisation

- Channel partner / associate-led sales models

- Events, expos, sponsorships, or media monetisation

- Financial services enablement (loans, partnerships, referrals)

Salary Package

- Salary Package will be approximately 25 LPA to 40 LPA

Reporting To

- You will report to the CEO of EBG Group

Working Days

- Monday to Saturday Working (6 days a week), Timings - 10 am to 7 pm

Joining Time

- Within Max 30 days.

Reporting Office

- You will be based at our new EBG Group Central Office, Hitec City Area, Hyderabad
