POSITION: Assistant Manager, Mobile Marketing  (It is on the payroll of a 3rd party and not on eBay)  DEPARTMENT: Marketing  REPORTING TO: Internet Marketing Manager  This is a fantastic opportunity in our Internet Marketing Function, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Marketing activities on the Mobile platform - Mweb and Apps   WHY SHOULD YOU ASPIRE FOR THIS ROLE?  - Mobile marketing is the next big thing in the Consumer Technology Commerce space   - Performance led Digital Marketing expertise in the Mobile domain is rare skillset and here is an opportunity to build this niche skillset in a globally advanced ecosystem like eBay, Inc  - You can gain experience in Attribution models, Internet Marketing Best Practices for Mobile and User Experience best practices in the Mobile domain.  PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITES  - Internet Marketing - Manage the Paid Search, Facebook and Remarketing activities on MWeb and App platforms and deliver to the ROI and traffic goals  - App Downloads – By effectively leveraging on Paid and Unpaid channels, executing to the budgets and CPI goals  - Onsite Merchandisizing -Manage the Onsite real estate by coordinating with the Product & Technology team and the creative team and execute as per the monthly calendar  - Data and Analytics – Run MIS and deep dive reports for the Mobile platform using our internal DW tables.  EXPERIENCE NEEDED  - Minimum 3 years of experience in Internet Marketing function predominantly in Paid Search (end-to-end execution)  - At least 1 year of Ecommerce experience with ROI goals at a good scale  - Data and Reporting management - Should have managed MIS for a Web based Function for at least 6 months   - Mobile platform based Marketing experience would be an advantage though not mandatory  - Exposure to Bid Management Systems like Marin, Kenshoo would be desired though not mandatory  TOOLS AND SKILLSETS NEEDED  - Adwords and FB Power Editor   - Needs to be a pro in MS Excel  - Analytical orientation and comfort with analytics on large data tables  OREINTATION AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS NEEDED  - High career aspirations with a comfort to handle evolving quantum and quality of assignments in a fast paced team  - High degree of responsibility and commitment to output  - High risk appetite with a quest to challenge status-quo every single day. keenness to pilot, learn and pivot with agility  - Immense faith and respect in data driven operations  - Outgoing personality which is comfortable to maintain good relations with the agencies and partners
