The Marketing Finance COE partners with Marketing Finance, Marketing business teams, Controllership, and other cross-functional collaborators to produce accurate OPEX accruals and forecasts, month-end close reports, spending visibility, variance analysis, and actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a key point of contact for Marketing Finance collaborators, ensuring timely and well-controlled deliverables.

- Review and validate OPEX accruals, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis, providing clear insights on financial performance.

- Partner with Finance and business teams to understand investment plans, cost drivers, risks, opportunities, and changes in assumptions.

- Build scalable reports, dashboards, analytical tools, and insights to improve spend visibility and decision-making.

- Lead or support the end-to-end development of finance tools, including requirements, building, testing, user acceptance, documentation, launch, transition, and stabilization.

- Drive process standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across FP&A activities.

- Lead or assist in moving Marketing Finance activities into the COE, ensuring defined ownership, controls, governance, documentation, and service expectations.

- Partner with Controllership and Finance teams to ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.

- Contribute to the development of the COE operating model, governance, performance metrics, and guidelines.

- Manage, mentor, and nurture team members while remaining directly accountable for execution, quality, prioritization, and delivery.

- Prioritise multiple priorities and timelines effectively in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, MBA, or similar qualification preferred.

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance; Marketing FP&A or related experience is preferred.

- Solid understanding of accrual accounting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting.

- Proven ability to independently manage complex FP&A deliverables with accuracy, accountability, and strong attention to controls.

- Experience leading and mentoring team members while retaining direct responsibility for implementation.

- Experience leading process transitions, standardization, operating-model improvements, or automation initiatives.

- Experience developing and implementing financial tools, dashboards, models, reports, or automated solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, spreadsheet, and presentation skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, levels, and geographies in a matrixed and evolving environment.

- Experience with tools such as Anaplan, SAP, BW, Tableau, Power BI, workflow platforms, AI, or similar technologies.
