Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated person with experience in BFSI/Retail sector implementing solutions for business expansions. The placed candidate will be aligned to build sweeping strategies to meet business quotas, managing a team of professionals, and oversee the financial success of the department.

Responsibilities

- Manage BFSI/Retail relationship through account managers

- Engage with client Key Stakeholders from Business point of view

- Create deep relationship within the bank and look at expansion opportunities

- Keep a tight control on costs and revenue.

- Grow Redemption Revenue coordinating with Rewards and fulfillment team

- Coordinate internally with Tech servicing and program management

- Translate Business Requirement into tech requirement in conjunction with Program servicing Team

- 8-12 Years Exp. MBA.

- Loyalty Orgs (Channel Loyalty Exposure)/Analytics or Product Manager for B2B led products.

- Account Management/Program Management/Interaction with Key stakeholder of the Channel Loyalty Team

- Strategic and Tactical understanding of B2B domain. (Influencer/Stockist/Dealer Hierachies and Sales Schemes

- Understand Key Business drivers of distribution and manufacturing sales

- Team Handling and Account Management (Match with Regional Head JD)

- Excellent Communication and Communication skills

- Proven ability to identify account expansion opportunity and conversion of same by solutioning

- Managing the invoicing/collections/aging etc. Location : Mumbai/ Gurugram
