Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits administration.

- Oversee all HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and documentation.

- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees at all levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in generalist activities (recruitment, onboarding garment

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.

- Strong understanding of HR administration, employee relations, performance management systems.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively
