- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

- Identify areas of improvement through process audits and provide recommendations for enhancement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.

- Develop audit plans, programs, and procedures to achieve audit objectives efficiently.

- Provide training on auditing techniques to team members as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit or related field (Banking/BFSI).

- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and regulations (e. , SOX).

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant

- Effective communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations clearly
