
Senior Manager - Pre-Sales

Role Overview:
- The Senior Manager - Pre-Sales will lead solution consulting, technical discovery, and deal-support activities for enterprise clients.
- This role requires strong solutioning capability, stakeholder management, and close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Tech teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales engagements including requirement discovery, solution design, and proposal support
- Act as a solution advisor to enterprise clients and CXO stakeholders
- Drive RFP/RFI responses, product demos, PoCs, and technical presentations
- Partner with Sales teams to improve win rates and deal value
- Translate business requirements into scalable product/solution frameworks
- Mentor and guide pre-sales team members
- Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting (SaaS, Fintech, IT, ERP preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B enterprise solutioning
- Excellent presentation, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple enterprise opportunities simultaneously
- Experience working with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
