Senior Manager - BFSI

Role Overview:
The Senior Manager - BFSI will lead business development initiatives within the BFSI ecosystem, focusing on enterprise partnerships, key account management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition and strategic partnerships within BFSI
- Engage with senior stakeholders including CXOs, Product Heads, and Operations leaders
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across product portfolios
- Develop go-to-market strategies for BFSI segments
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams to customize solutions
- Manage key accounts and long-term relationships
- Lead and mentor team members
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in BFSI sales / partnerships / fintech
- Strong understanding of banking, NBFC, insurance, or payments ecosystem
- Proven experience in enterprise sales and relationship management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
