JOB TITLE: Purchasing operations Manager

LOCATION: Hyderabad

About the Role:

We are seeking an Purchasing operations Manager to join Earthful in Hyderabad. You will be
responsible for Supply chain, vendor management, procurement, and inventory optimization to ensure
timely and cost-effective sourcing that supports our growing D2C brand.

Location: Full-time position, based out of Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.

- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions.

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.

- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs

- Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes.

- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations relevant to procurement.

Skill sets:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Supply chain, Operations and Procurements principles and practices.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

- Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
