Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Growth & Account Management

- Own and manage all growth accounts, ensuring partners maximize the value of our digital lending solutions.

- Identify opportunities within existing partnerships to scale impact, increase market share, and improve financial performance.

- Develop and execute co-branded campaigns, lending programs, and strategic initiatives to drive growth.

2. Partner Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across large brands, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.

- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analyses to optimize partnership outcomes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing challenges and unlocking new collaboration opportunities.

3. Growth Strategy & Market Expansion

- Work with partners to design and execute growth strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Risk) to create customized lending solutions for partners.

- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new growth channels and strategic opportunities.

4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

- Track partnership KPIs, ensuring alignment with revenue and business goals.

- Leverage data and insights to refine go-to-market strategies and improve lending adoption.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements in all partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management (preferably in digital lending, fintech, or financial services).

- Partnership Expertise: Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and scale partnerships with large brands.

- Growth Mindset: Track record of executing strategies that increase market share and revenue.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Relationship Builder: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital lending, embedded finance, or fintech ecosystems.
