Job Title: Manager - Retention & Engagement
Experience: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities & Key Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Retention Strategy: Define and implement strategies to retain users and reduce churn across cohorts.
- Engagement Campaigns: Lead end-to-end campaign planning (emails, push, in-app, SMS) using marketing automation tools like MoEngage/Clevertap.
- Cross-sell & Upsell: Collaborate with product, risk, and analytics teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Fibe's financial products.
- Business Ownership: Own growth KPIs for the Repeat PL business-customer reactivation, revenue from base, NPS, etc.
- Data-led Decisions: Use internal data, Behavioral trends, and external competition insights to identify high-intent customers and improve LTV.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Risk, Collections, Analytics, and Tech teams to drive execution on lifecycle journeys and business experiments.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in lifecycle marketing / retention / CRM / growth / digital marketing (preferably in fintech, BFSI, or consumer-tech).
- Strong understanding of personal loan customer behavior and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like MoEngage, Clevertap, Netcore, etc.
- Proficient in data analytics-SQL basics, Excel, cohort analysis, funnel drop-offs.
- Strong business ownership mindset, ability to solve problems independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to A/B testing, segmentation, and growth experiments is a plus.
