Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Fibe's brand marketing strategy to build long-term brand equity and recall.
- Own and execute social media strategy - from content ideation and community engagement to performance tracking.
- Conceptualize and deliver integrated brand campaigns across digital, influencer, and offline channels.
- Collaborate closely with the performance marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Develop compelling content and storytelling to communicate Fibe's value proposition across all platforms.
- Manage external creative and media agencies, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery.
- Track brand health metrics, share insights, and continuously optimize creative and media strategies.
- Stay ahead of trends in fintech, digital culture, and consumer engagement to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Qualification & Experience required:
- MBA in Marketing
- Min 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with strong exposure to digital-first campaigns.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and brand campaigns end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of digital audiences, influencer ecosystems, and emerging media trends.
- Strong creative sensibility with the ability to translate business goals into impactful storytelling.
- Experience working with new-age digital brands (fintech, e-commerce, D2C, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
