Role Overview:
The Chief of Staff works closely with E2Ms C-level leadership team to ensure alignment, operational excellence, and execution discipline across the organisation.
This role focuses on business intelligence, leadership operating rhythms, OKR tracking, financial coordination, and high-impact strategic projects.
The Chief of Staff plays a critical role in turning leadership priorities into measurable outcomes.
What Youll Do:
- Maintain and optimize E2Ms central business dashboards across acquisition, revenue, retention, and growth metrics.
- Support Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews by preparing agendas, tracking updates, and ensuring follow-through.
- Govern company-wide OKRs to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent progress tracking.
- Coordinate with the finance team on P&L visibility, budgets, and projections.
- Lead or support strategic and operational projects as assigned by leadership.
- Ensure leadership has clear, accurate, and timely visibility into business performance.
