- The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.
- This role involves working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals.
- The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, an understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Write proposals, including scope, assumptions, deliverables, and timelines.
- Write project requirements documentation such as Functional Requirements, Technical Solution, Software Architecture, Use Cases, Flowcharts, User Journeys, Wireframes, UI Screens etc.
- Write Technical Articles, Case Studies, Blocks, White Papers, etc for Marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with senior technical and sales members during pre-sales.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure proposals are realistic and milestones achievable.
- Participate in client demos, answer technical queries live, and help close deals.
- Attend client meetings to clarify business needs and priorities.
- Perform internal reviews with delivery teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and note client feedback.
- Provide user training to users after solution implementation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst Experience in Software Development.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
- Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Lovable, Figma etc is plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to details & Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
